Dried Tomato
The tomatoes are submitted to a drying process in damp conditions and controlled temperatures, until the finished product is a dark red fruit with a firm texture and an intense tomato flavour. Their intense flavour is consequence to the increase in concentration of the tomatoes’ natural properties as they lose an important part of their water content.

They are used a lot in cooking, in stews, pasta, pizza, garnishes and salads.
