This variety of olive, almost exclusive to Aragon, is picked when it has matured on the tree, during the Christmas period and at the start of the new year.

Better known as the Aragon Black Olive, it is salted in water.

Besides their exquisite flavour, consequence of a meticulous selection process, our olives have the added value of being placed in glass jars without brine and with a shelf life of 4 years.
