Countless studies carried out in the last few years have come to the conclusion that the countries around the Mediterranean have a lower incidence rate of deaths from cancer or heart attack than other countries elsewhere.

That is why, in the prevention of these types of diseases, following a diet that we now have come to call the Mediterranean diet is advised.
